PhoenixDX brings global AI authority Pascal Bornet to APAC for exclusive executive experience

PhoenixDX is proud to announce The Last Competitive Advantage: Leading Agentic AI Before It Leads You – an exclusive, invitation-only executive experience coming to Sydney, Melbourne, and Singapore on 19 August 2026.

Strictly limited to 75 senior technology leaders across three cities, this is one of the most significant gatherings of APAC IT leadership this year.

A different kind of event

This is not a webinar, a conference, or a panel to watch from a distance. It is a curated, in-person experience designed exclusively for C-Level and Director-level technology leaders navigating the most consequential technology shift of the decade.

The agentic AI revolution is already creating an accelerating gap between organisations that act now and those that wait. The window to lead is narrowing, and this experience is designed for the leaders who intend to be on the right side of that gap.

What happens in the room stays in the room. There is no recording. There is no on-demand replay. This conversation is for those who attend only.

Keynote speaker: Pascal Bornet

The centrepiece of the experience is a live keynote from Pascal Bornet, one of the world’s foremost authorities on artificial intelligence and automation, consistently ranked among the top 10 global influencers in his field. Pascal will be delivering his keynote live from the USA, bringing his global perspective directly into the room for APAC’s most senior technology leaders.

A former McKinsey partner and pioneer of Intelligent Automation, Bornet has spent over two decades advising hundreds of organisations across five continents on harnessing AI to generate real, measurable value. His three bestselling books have shaped the global conversation on AI: Intelligent Automation (2021) – endorsed by the World Economic Forum, Gartner, and Arianna Huffington – Irreplaceable (2024), and Agentic Artificial Intelligence (2025), co-authored with Thomas H. Davenport and 27 leading experts, selected by Forbes as a Top 10 Must-Read Tech Book and drawing on research conducted across 167 organisations. His latest work, The Human-Agent Orchestrator (2026), is a leadership guide for scaling AI-driven organisations built from four years of research across 432 organisations.

Bornet’s core conviction, and the thread that runs through everything he does, is that the greatest value of AI lies not in replacing people, but in enabling them to be more human.

The panel: direct access, no filter

Following the keynote, Pascal is joined by two leaders who are actively shaping the adoption of AI at enterprise scale for an unscripted conversation about what’s actually working, what isn’t, and what APAC IT leaders need to hear.

Woodson Martin, OutSystems CEO, brings deep expertise in enterprise low-code and AI-driven application development. He works with global organisations to accelerate digital transformation and offers a frontline perspective on how agentic AI is reshaping enterprise software development in practice.

Pedro Carrilho, Founder and Managing Director of PhoenixDX, shares the company’s work at the intersection of AI, automation, and enterprise transformation across APAC. He brings a practitioner’s lens to the conversation, grounded in the realities of what it takes for organisations to move from AI experimentation to genuine competitive advantage.

The programme

The event runs for two hours and is designed for depth rather than breadth. In Sydney and Melbourne, the event is an executive lunch from 12 noon to 2pm, while in Singapore, it is an executive breakfast from 10 am to 12 noon.

Places are strictly limited to 25 leaders per city. This is an invitation-only event.
