Sweepstakes Rules

No purchase is necessary to enter/win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Begins on September 15, 2021 at 8:00 am AEST time; ends November 15, 2021 at 11:59 pm AEST time.

(“Sweepstakes Period”). You must complete and submit the survey and the survey must be actually received by the sponsor (as defined below) during the Sweepstakes Period to earn an entry in the sweepstakes. Open only to those who are at least 18 years old. Open only to the ones specifically invited by PhoenixDX and Callbox to complete the survey. Void where prohibited by law. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. One (1) potential prize winner will be chosen in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Subject to verification of eligibility, one (1) potential winner selected will receive one (1) Amazon e-Voucher for $1,000 AU. Winners will be chosen and notified by email by approx. November 20, 2021. Potential winners must respond as instructed in the notification within three (3) days or he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected (time permitting).

Winners are liable for all taxes and all other costs or expenses related to acceptance and use of the prize and not specified as being included as part of the prize. 

The “Sponsor” of this sweepstakes is Phoenix Advisory and Technology Services, 101 Miller street, North Sydney. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value for any reason. The sponsor may disqualify an entrant or winner at any time if such person is found to be in violation of these rules or Sponsor’s requirements. Sponsor will not be responsible for the inability of any potential winner to accept, receive, or use the prize for any reason, including, without limitation, where Sponsor’s awarding of prize to a potential winner would violate any laws, rules, or regulations applicable to Sponsor.
