Celebrating innovation in IT, the annual awards recognise outstanding technology projects and leaders driving meaningful transformation across the public and private sectors. The event brings together forward-thinking organisations to share insights, learn from peers, and showcase success stories.
Congratulations to all the winners and finalists—this year’s entries were particularly impressive, highlighting the creative and strategic use of technology to solve complex challenges.
PhoenixDX customer, the NSW Department of Communities and Justice (NSW DCJ), was a finalist in the Best State Government Project category for its groundbreaking cloud-based application, infoShare.
PhoenixDX Co-Founder and Director Juan Martin joined NSW DCJ Program Manager Melanie Taylor in a fireside chat to explore how infoShare is helping NGOs overcome inefficient data collection and better track performance across programs.
“infoShare is already transforming DCJ’s ability to support some of the most vulnerable people in our communities,” said Juan. “This recognition reflects the outstanding leadership of Jess Stewart, Mel Taylor, and Tod Brealey, who are championing a data-driven approach to social impact.”
Since launching in 2023, infoShare has tripled its user base, with more programs expected to adopt the platform in FY25/26.
Congratulations again to all the iTnews Benchmark Awards winners and finalists!
