Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture. They help organisations create a high-trust work experience for employees. Since our founding, we have fostered an inclusive and supportive culture. While we regularly measure how we’re doing with internal surveys, we wanted to get certified against a global benchmark. We undertook the Great Place to Work survey, and we were elated!
With flexible work arrangements, our hybrid team is represented across 4 key cities in Australia: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Hobart. Outside of Australia, we have teams working from The Philippines, New Zealand, Malaysia, Brazil, Portugal, India and South Africa, and regardless of location, our combined teams come from 17 different counties. We make a point of uniting our team as much as possible to foster close relationships regardless of distance. We aim to make our teammates feel welcomed and supported while they kick goals and develop their careers.
