Enable end-users to create reports/letter templates to be used by hosting Apps without development intervention.
This component would be useful to accelerate business that is heavily reliant on documents that need to be generated by taking data from OutSystems Apps, like claims processing in an Insurance company. A high-level user journey to be benefited from this component looks like this:
- An Insurance company has a claims process where a claim representative would process the claim and generate a Settlement Letter, where claim-related information is presented to the client.
- An Admin user creates a letter template using HTML or word and uploads it to a back office App.
- The Insurance App is instrumented with this component, allowing the claim representative to select an available template and have it generated as a pdf file as part of the claim process.
