• Adviser chatbot, financial services (6 weeks). A financial services organisation embedded a retrieval-augmented AI chatbot in its new Adviser Portal. It returns approved answers in natural language, checks each adviser's subscription permissions first, and has guardrails that prevent it from giving financial advice.
  
  
• Document ingestion, property financing (15 days). A property valuation and funding firm added an AI extraction layer to its existing OutSystems system. It ingests PDF valuation reports of up to 200 pages, validates the data and flags potential errors for human review, with new document types added without code changes.
  
  
• Legacy forms migration, public sector (1 week). A state agency facing the end of Microsoft InfoPath support, with around 1,000 forms, ran a proof of concept using an AI-powered modernisation accelerator. With 1.5 developers, simple and complex forms were migrated to OutSystems in hours, not days, and the agency is now ready for a pilot.
