The Traditional Web Development is a more theoretical module where OutSystems Development Core features will be taught using the OutSystems materials. The training combines theoretical modules with guided exercises to practice each topic and a short project at the end to wrap-up all concepts. A full time trainer will be on site or in virtual classroom to help and support the trainees. In the end of the module a technical assessment is performed.
This is a beginner-friendly program with no prerequisites. Still, it is advisable to understand basic programming concepts (for instance, Java or .NET) and relational databases (like SQL Server or Oracle).
Many of our students engage in self-learning these concepts before starting the program to better take advantage of their time while attending the course.
Our Admissions team can help you achieve your learning goals successfully by advising you on what the best course of action in your situation is. They will be more than happy to support you and send you all the information you require, including self-learning courses to speed up your learning.
What skills are assessed?
You will be evaluated in two assessments covering the concepts learned throughout the program. You will also need to attend all class sessions and complete all assignments.
The mentioned assessments also have the purpose of preparing you to take the included OutSystems certification exam and become an Associate OutSystems Certified Traditional Web Developer.
